Looked 100 times better and I will take more as time goes by. Recently. Refer to friend there and she told me she is no disappointments either. Lucky to have such a place in Middlesex county!

They do a great service. They took very good care of an antique — been in the family for generations— middle eastern carpet… I would not have trusted the carpet with any other company. I recommended them to my daughter in law more recently for pick up and delivery service for there large wool area rug. They were happy with the service and price.

If I could give this company 10 stars it still wouldn't be high enough. Absolutely wonderful customer service, exceptional value, etc. the whole ball of wax so to speak. Our stairs and landings were really badly stained and after just one hour they look like the day they were installed. They were prompt, friendly, priced very fairly, but most importantly, they knew what they were doing. Without any hesitations, we recommend this company. You won't be disappointed if you hire them.

Greg did a great job of getting out longstanding stains on our couch cushions!! We sent a fabric sample and he tried different solutions. He clearly took a lot of care and time to get it right. And this wasn't a big ticket job. I highly recommend Middletown Rug & Carpet!!

One of our daughters asked us to take care of her dog towards the end of her pregnancy and for a couple months after giving birth. Her dog wasn't well trained and was all over our furniture and carpets. Once he went home, we really needed our carpets and upholstered furniture cleaned and refreshed. I filled out the online form and was called a day later to set up the cleaning. They worked within our schedule to accommodate us. On the day of our appointment, the tech called before coming and arrived on time. He quickly went to work and did am amazing job. The price was very competitive with other places we called. Both our furniture and carpets came out perfectly clean and smelling fresh. We will definitely use their services in the future.

I bought an 8 x10 Kaoud wool Indian rug on my first estate sale/online auction and was psyched about the great deal. When I went to pick it up, it smelled of dog urine. Being a rookie at auctions, I wondered if I hadn't been duped after all. My friend recommended Middletown Rug & Carpet Cleaning in Higganum. Thankfully they were able to take it the next day and my car didn't retain any of the odor. The fella that did intake was super nice and the receptionist was kind and helpful too. I was able to pick up my rug a week later and it looks and smells great! My dog doesn't seem to smell anything suspicious, so I'm betting they did a thorough job. I bought a new pad from them at a reasonable price too. I'm very happy with the cleaning and customer service. Two lessons.... 1. Always ask an estate manager questions about products before buying. 2. If you have to get a rug or carpet cleaned at a fair price with great customer service, go to Middletown Rug & Carpet Cleaning. They came to New Haven to pick up and deliver our rug. They are very accommodating and eager to please. The rug had multiple stains and odor and the rug is like new. I can't say enough about their skill and customer service. I would recommend them highly.
